At your visit, we’ll take time to get to know you and your health journey. We’ll review your medical history, talk about your goals, and discuss your vital signs and weight. If needed, we may order labs to better understand your overall health. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include nutrition tips, activity recommendations, lifestyle support, and, when appropriate, safe medications to help you reach your goals. Most importantly, you’ll have ongoing encouragement and follow-up so you don’t feel like you're doing this alone.

Fee: $85.00

During your follow-up weight loss visit, we’ll check your progress, review how your plan is working, and celebrate successes. We’ll go over your weight, vital signs, and any test results, then talk through what’s going well and where you may need extra support. If adjustments to your plan or medications are needed, we’ll make them together. Each visit is a chance to stay motivated, get encouragement, and keep moving forward on your health journey.

Telehealth sick visits are appropriate for concerns such as cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, sore throat, urinary tract infections, rashes, minor skin conditions, nausea, vomiting, and other acute, uncomplicated illnesses.

During your virtual visit, we will review your symptoms and medical history, discuss treatment options, and develop an appropriate care plan. When clinically indicated, prescriptions may be sent directly to your pharmacy, along with clear guidance for at-home care and follow-up.
